Our client is a luxury retail fashion brand.To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior HR Officer  to join their team.

The Job:

• Support the Senior HR Manager, APAC on various HR projects, multi task management, execution & follow up.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration with 
• Work closely with China regional team to implement benefits scheme and undergo market survey
• Manage annual personnel & HR budget support to China regional team
• Perform annual review, performance management for HK staff
• Handle employment relations, labour cases handling, etc.
• Review HR Policy regularly according to internal needs and regulation updates
• Update HK Employee handbook to in line with HQ & APAC requirement
• Provide office & store admin related and travel policy, etc.
• Handle end to end recruitment process of office & retail positions, work closely with internal functions and external vendors
• Conduct exit interview & exit procedure management for leavers
• Provide new hire induction program and logistic support on training activities when necessary 

Candidate:
 

• Degree holder with 5 years HR experience, preferably gained from C&B in retail, FMCG or other relevant industries
• Excellent knowledge in HK labour law, experience in Taiwan or APAC regional HR knowledge is preferred
• Excellent MS office skills, especially on excel
• Fluent language skill on both English & Cantonese, Mandarin if preferred
• Flexible & clear communication on various culture environment across
