Responsibilities :

Assistant Merchandiser

• Arrange shipment and make sure orders are delivery on time
• Coordinate all transportation issues including sea, air freight forwarding and courier, truck arrangement
• Work closely with forwarders, courier and internal department
• Provide daily operational support
• Frequently travel to PRC factories/office are required.
• To handle all related documentation for all export shipment  : 

           -  Full set of shipping document - Shipping Invoice and Packing List

           -  Tradelink Declaration

Merchandiser

• Responsible for following up the Sample order and New development (including issuing quotations to customer, arrange testing, negotiating the price with the supplier, developing the product and guarantee a fast and competitive response to the customers.)
• Issuing PO+SO
• Trims sourcing
• Make the appropriate trims card for submitting the samples.
• Cooperate with all salesman to work aggressively on each account
• Communicate with factory to ensure they get the development done correctly
• Collect the suitable samples to make presentation card for customer seasonal inspiration.
• Maintain the good relation with customer from brand level and vendor level
• Work closely with Sales team (HK + overseas) also bulk team in HK & SZ office
• Frequently travel to PRC factories/office are required.

Requirements :

• Good PC knowledge in Excel and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work over-time may be required.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• 1-2 year merchandising experience in Garment Accessories (Merchandiser)
• Fresh graduated will also be considered (Assistant Merchandiser)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
