• Graduate in Business, Fashion, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in fashion retail
• Solid experience either in Merchandise Planning (Assortment / OTB Planning / Merchandise Mix) or Demand Planning (Demand Analysis / Forecast)
• Strong business sense and sensitive to figures
• Working experience in international fashion retailer with regional exposure is highly preferable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical & strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application including MS Work, Excel and PowerPoint
