Job Description
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist in Domain registration
- Renewing contract and quoting process
- Maintain good relationship with existing client;
- Handling clients’ enquiries and provide professional advise;
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor;
Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent education background
- Well-organized, adaptable, detail-minded and multi-tasking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and Word Processing (including Chinese typing);
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge in using computerized data system is preferred;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
