Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Company Secretary in handling full spectrum of company secretarial assignments of the Company and its subsidiaries including but not limited to government fillings, drafting resolutions, maintaining corporate records
• Assist in prepare annual / interim report, announcement, circular, board and committee and general meetings, etc
• Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating statutory records of the Group
• Assist in reviewing material agreements/contracts of the Group
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and other duties when necessary and required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Member of ICSA/HKICS (student member may also be considered)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences preferably gained in public listed companies
• Well-versed of Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, detailed mind with strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available preferred
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
