The Role

This role will lead the consulting teams across Hong Kong and Greater China Region. You will focus on data-driven CRM consulting at the highest level. You will have the opportunity to work on and grow an award-winning business portfolio. You will:

• Develop CRM Consulting proposals and pitching presentation to our clients mainly in Retail, FMCG, Luxury and Finance industries
• Lead and manage a team of CRM consultants, data analysts and project executives and ensure consistent high quality of project deliverables
• Develop data-driven marketing plans for implementation and execution, including but not limited to new business model innovation, digital campaigns, big data projects, loyalty campaigns, etc.
• Engage and manage mid-/high-level clients who are directly involved in the project, as well as broader client stakeholders
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members on project-related areas
• Manage project financials to ensure delivery is executed on time and on budget
• Work closely with project and account team to drive strategic ideas & align the campaign executions and idea to achieve overall objectives
• Proactively monitor the external market trends to understand the marketing, CRM and digital environment

What qualifications you need to get:

• 4 years+ experience in E-Marketing with 2 years+ experience in CRM
• Hands-on Experience in China CRM or digital projects is definitely a plus
• Strong knowledge of big data management - Proven track records in data analysis, segmentation, data modelling which drives positive business results
• Degree holder, with MBA is a plus
• Strong business sense and communication skills
• Proactive in approaching business and building relationship
• Attentive to details, with high level multi-tasking skills
• Good command of both written Chinese and English
