Client: A Private Equity Firm
Position: Legal Counsel (based in Shanghai)
Job Scope:
- Assist to evaluate and advise on legal risks in investment decisions and projects.
- Responsible for investment projects drafting and reviewing trasaction relevant documents
- Keeping abreast laws and regulations relating to foreign investments
Requirements:
- 6 years working experience in international companies or well-known law firms
- English as primary working language
- Proficient in foreign investment law and regulations, familiarity with infrastructure industries is preferred.
