Responsibilities:

• Provide general legal and administrative assistance
• Review bilingual legal documents, translation
• Draft commercial agreement (especially related to intellectual property rights) and other ancillary legal agreement
• Prepare bilingual legal documents and liaise with internal and external parties to
• Conduct research and analysis, including on laws and regulations in different countries 
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent
• Proficiency in intellectual property laws and concepts
• Familiar with HK and PRC business environment
• At least 1 year work experience in legal
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
• Well organized and able to multi task, detail oriented and diligence
• Strong in MS Office and Chinese Processing
