Responsibilities:

• Assist in draft and reviewing a wide range of legal documents and commercial agreements and handling litigious matters in various jurisdictions including Hong Kong & PRC 
• Assist in dealing with activities relating to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions
• Conduct legal research, assist in translation and co-ordination within the legal department
• Consult and co-ordinate with external lawyer
• Participate in ad hoc projects whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Holder of a LLB degree or equivalent with at least 2 years solid working experience in law firm or in-house legal department
• With good interpersonal skills and is a good team player
• Independent, well organized with attention to details
• Good command in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Legal Executive
