Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Data Analytics (D&A) team and collaborate with various departments to deploy data analytics projects and data governance policy
• Oversee the development and implementation of solutions for business users and drive a data-driven culture across all business functions
• Build up data analytics capabilities within IT organisation to support business functions
• Oversee vendor and service-level agreement management to warrant smooth and successful project delivery and continuous improvement
• Establish data strategy including data management, data governance, and information standards
• Establish information architecture across enterprise level
• Support other business projects with relevant Data Management recommendation as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline preferred
• 10+ years experience in data analytics with solid business understanding of FMCG or F&B industry preferred
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects preferred
• Solid experience in leading cross-functional implementation projects for data mining, data warehousing and data governance
• Solid experience in information architecture design that is scalable and adaptable to business needs
• Leadership experience in building up D&A team capabilities
• Curiosity and keen to learn new things
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and collaborative
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (additional Mandarin is an advantage)
