Responsibilities

• Coordinate the IT asset management, contract management and procurement process.
• Manage the computer fixed asset inventory records per department/ branch and reconcile with Financial Management Department regularly.
• Provide the record update to management.
• Upon the completion of delivery/ installation, reconcile the delivery with concerned department/ branch and register the computer fixed asset immediately.
• Control the actual expenditure of computer fixed asset against budget, especially the un-budget items.
• Provide monthly report to management on the actual expenses per department/ branch.
• Manage the computer fixed asset acquisition and perform analysis/ justification before submitting to Section Head/ department Head based on the budget, approval memo and the actual need of department/ branch.
• Support the administrative work of the IT department.

Requirements

• University graduate with experience on IT asset management, contract / vendor management and procurement process is preferred.
• Strong in inter-personal skill and technical know-how.
• Responsible, self-motivated and good organizational skill.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, both in a team environment and individually.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
