Responsibilities:

• Provide support in supervising interior and exterior horticultural/landscape function for Airport Area
• Carry out contract administration and management task to monitor the performance of the contractors
• Assist in formulation and compilation of proposal for horticultural/landscape enhancement
• Coordinate and drive horticultural/landscape enhancement works through effective collaboration with user department and technical department
• Take part in compilation of procurement specification and documents and follow up with procurement exercises in collaboration with technical and procurement department
• Upkeep and seek to improve the horticultural/landscape service standard through audit, checks and implementation of improvement initiatives and assist in providing operational inputs for projects
• Required to perform outdoor duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Environmental Science, Biology, Horticulture, Landscape, Properties Management or other related disciplines with at least 1 year’s relevant work experience, preferably in landscape / estate management or customer services
• Diploma with at least 3 years’ working experience in relevant areas, preferably with experience in landscape management
• Organized, being a good team player, detail-oriented, able to cope with different people and work under pressure
• Being a quick learner with good communication, interpersonal, execution and negotiation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
