Responsibilities

• Working independently and co-ordinating with the Contract Manager, Consultants and Contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards;
• Liaison with different departments in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements;
• Preparation of project programme with regular monitoring;
• Procurement of Consultancy Services and Works Contracts with cost control team;
• Coordination with Consultants and Contractor’s performance in executing their duties;
• Review of building plans and design details with management in statutory approval process;
• Preparation and regular monitoring project cost plan with cost control team;
• Monitoring of site progress and management of works quality with site supervision team;
• Assistance in contract administration;
• Handover management of completed development to building operators.

 Requirements

• Professional qualification as Member of HKIA, HKIS in Building Surveying Division or equivalent
• Qualifications of Authorized Person is preferable
• Minimum 8 years' experience with Property Developers or Consultant firms
• Extensive experience in handling small and large-scale residential projects in HK
• Responsible for prestigious Residential and Commercial developments in HK
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of buildings, planning and lands
• Working knowledge of BIM and BEAM Plus
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both English & Chinese (Mandarin)
