Responsibilities:

• Support the project in-charge to develop, implement and evaluate public training projects of prevention and intervention of HIV / AIDS;
• Coordinate & implement program;
• Support casework & assessment services for service users;
• Assist in managing the work areas related to prevention, education or patient service;
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate in Social Work, Counselling or Social Science related disciplines;
• Registered Social Worker is highly desirable with 1-2 year(s) working experience preferably in training work;
• Outgoing, self-motivated and innovative with good interpersonal skills;
• Experience working in an NGO or charity organization is an advantage;
• With report writing, project and case management skills are favorable; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.  

Candidates with more work experience and possess a local social work qualification under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance will be considered as Senior Programme Officer.
