To support AIDS Concern’s Triple Zero (ZERO new HIV infections, ZERO stigma and ZERO AIDS deaths) target, our Men who have Sex Men (MSM) Team is recruiting a Programme Manager to plan and facilitate various projects to reduce the spread of HIV/STIs with the MSM community, as well as growing and developing our work to have a stronger HIV response.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and manage social service to MSM community in terms of sexual health education and HIV prevention in line with our Vision, Mission and Values
2. Plan, organise, monitor and evaluate programmes focusing on reducing the spread of HIV/STIs, including behavioural change for HIV risk reduction and safer sex promotion for MSM Community
3. Plan and develop effective service model for improving HIV epidemic
4. Lead and coach the team to generate new initiatives that enhance and advance our services to the community
5. Manage service budget, HR and administration
6. Provide supervision and coaching to facilitate teams’ development                                                 

Qualifications and experience

1. Bachelor Degree holder or above in social work, social science, counselling, education and promotion preferred
2. - 5 years’ experience in providing services to diverse communities
3. At least 3 years’ supervisory experience, with people management, project planning, budgeting and implementation
4. Experience in drug use service or mental health service preferred
5. Knowledge about MSM community, HIV / LGBT, drug issues would be a definite advantage          
6. Experience in working with LGBT related stakeholders
7. Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Mandarin a plus
8. A good team player who demonstrates leadership and coaching skills to build and enhance teamwork
9. Less experience candidate maybe considered as Assistant Programme Manager
