Job Description
On behalf of a reputable property development company, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the position of Investment Analyst.
Accountabilities
- Collect economic, social and political data, and prepare property market reports and forecasts
- Conduct research, analysis, projection and financial modeling
- Validate the financial models on property income projections and analyse financial feasibility studies
- Present finding and analysis for internal and external clients
- Handle other ad-hoc research
Attributes
- Degree in Accountancy and student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CIMA
- 3 years of financial analysis experience in real estate / property development sector
- Familiar with quantitative and statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS), econometrics, statistics analysis
- Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently
- Computer literate, well-versed in Excel and Power point
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
