On behalf of a reputable property development company, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the position of Investment Analyst.

Accountabilities

• Collect economic, social and political data, and prepare property market reports and forecasts
• Conduct research, analysis, projection and financial modeling
• Validate the financial models on property income projections and analyse financial feasibility studies
• Present finding and analysis for internal and external clients
• Handle other ad-hoc research

Attributes

• Degree in Accountancy and student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CIMA
• 3 years of financial analysis experience in real estate / property development sector
  
• Familiar with quantitative and statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS), econometrics, statistics analysis
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently
• Computer literate, well-versed in Excel and Power point
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
