Responsibilities:

• Supervise the HK finance team to prepare the financial reporting, management reporting including budget and forecasting for management review;
• Review the monthly report for the board and assist in preparing the interim report and annual report;
• Liaise with external auditor for interim review and annual audit;
• Handle the daily accounting duties of the HK office;
• Assist in offshore financing activities;
• Build up the compliance system according to the HK listing rules;
• Handle the compliance procedures and enquiry for all the transactions according to HK listing rules;
• Organize the board’s and shareholder’s meetings and prepare the meeting materials;
• Assist in providing corporate secretarial services for both Hong Kong and offshore companies;  
• Handle employee insurance and salary tax issue for the directors; and
• Supervise any other administrative works as would be faced from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, preferable HKICPA, ACCA member or equivalent;
• Good knowledge in the Companies Ordinance, HK Listing Rules, and other statutory / regulatory requirements;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in listed company;
• Mature, well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua; and
• Immediately available and big 4 experience highly preferred.
