Job Description

• Books keeping for the entire company
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including consolidated financial statements and detailed schedules of specific financial statements items 
• Prepare full annual reports for accountant
• Distribute and sort all receipts
• Provide part spectrum of secretarial support to both Directors/PA
• Prepare tax documents

The successful Applicant

• Form 7 or above with formal accounting training
• 3-5 years of working experience in accounting
• Proficient in English and Cantonese is a must (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB
• Self starter, self motivated, self discipline
• Detailed-oriented, well-organised, proactive, responsible, multi-task and willing to work over time when it is necessary, especially during end of financial year

What’s on Offer

• HK$17000 – 23000 depending on experience
• Annual leave 10 days
• Double pay depending on performance
