Our client is a leading IT&T Listed company, To support their continuous growth in the Asia region, they are looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Manager to lead the Finance function in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting directly into the AGM in HK, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Manage 5 teams on finance and accounting functions, operations, control and regulations
• Partner with different departments to ensure accounting treatments and financial tasks are conducted properly 
• Monitor all financial aspects including audits, systems to streamline accounting and operational processes
• Provide leadership to the financial accounting and reporting teams to ensure standards which meet regulatory (e.g. IFRS 16)
• Financial information properly monitored(e.g. balance sheet review, asset review, aging analysis, funding arrangements)
• Ensure the compliance with SOX and Internal control policy

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and a CPA/ACCA qualification
• 10+ years of relevant experience with TELECOMMUNICATIONS background. Experience with the Big 4 will be considered a plus
• Proven experience as a people leader who can manage team with maturity and autonomy. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese and Mandarin will be a MUST)
