Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Managing and liasoning with oversea clients/vendors and ensuring positive working capital position
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Accounts Payable/Receivable and general ledger
• Treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Trust account statement reconciliations,
• Fixed asset activity
• Debt activity
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, calculation, posting and recording accounts receivable ,accounts payable data&financial account
• Prepare invoices and reconcile the accounts ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues;
• Work directly with the sales team and other inter-company teams to ensure proper execution of accounting practice, systems, and protocol
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or Diploma or above in accounting or equivalent
• LCCI (intermediate), preferable with ACCA/HKICPA membership
• 3- 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Good Command of English
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, Quickbooks and Tally
• Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible and self-motivated
• Independent, analytically minded & will to work under pressure
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
