Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operations of all document processing including data checking, document scanning and vouchers indexing
- Generate daily report for reconciliation
- Distribution of incoming correspondence with update report
- Provide administrative support to internal providers in daily operation
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE holder or above or equivalent
- Working experience in insurance administration/clinic is an advantage
- Strong in reconciliation skills and work with data
- Sensitive to figures and able to meet deadlines
- Be a fast-learner, attention to details, organized and efficient
- Proficient in MS Office applications, ie. Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
