Responsibilities

The candidate would provide support for sourcing, evaluation and execution of direct investments and private equity funds primarily in China and the United States, with a focus on TMT and new economy companies.

Specifically:

• Undertake studies on technology areas and their commercial impact
• Perform deep fundamental research on industry/sector and company analysis
• Conduct detailed commercial, financial and legal due diligence review
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, valuations and comparable companies   analysis
• Support portfolio management of existing and new investments

Essential Skills / Experience 

• Solid research, quantitative and financial analysis/modeling skills
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from private equity, corporate investment in TMT companies, transaction services, or corporate finance/M&A
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, motivated and a team player
• Demonstrate interest and insights in TMT-related investing
