Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for preparing full set of accounting operations
• Prepare the financial reporting schedules and financial analysis on monthly basis
• Work closely with internal and external parties in gathering information for analysis and reporting
• Review and implement accounting procedures, systems and internal compliance
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
• Construction accounting experience is preferred 

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Accounting, HKICPA member is preferred
• 8 years' working experience in accounting field is a must
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with accounting software
• Ability to perform multi-task, work independently and be a good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
