Responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for accounts payable duties
• Responsible for vouchering, journals input, daily payment and receipts
• Handle communication and reconciliation with suppliers for payment
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Maintain full and accurate accounting data in system
• Assist in month-end closing
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Any other ad-hoc tasks from seniors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years accounting experience
• Hands-on experience in conducting accountancy work
• Proficiency with experience in MYOB, MS office application, Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive with good facilitation and presentation skill
• Immediately available is preferred
