Responsibilities:

• Preparing annual budget, monthly forecast including variance and gap analysis with recommendations
• Review and make recommendation on cost saving, margin improvement and better working capital management.
• Work closely with management and cross functional team to improve financial and operational performance
• Take initiatives to lead ERP/MRP system enhancement and implementation projects
• Monitor ongoing compliance and improvement of internal control and procedures
• Support ad-hoc management financial analysis, assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional qualification with HKICPA/ CIMA is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in management accounting and financial analysis, preferably gained in retail, manufacturing or construction industry;
• Experience with using Oracle JDE is a plus
• Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
• An energetic, positive and bright personality
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Management Accountant
