Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoice, staffs’ expense claims and petty cash reimbursement accurately and timely by cost centers and in accordance with company’s policy;
• Liaise directly with suppliers and counter parties to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries;
• Reconcile suppliers statements and follow up on reconciling differences;
• Post transactions into SAP and release payment to supplier;
• Prepare, administer and reconcile corporate credit card statements and receipts with the respective credit card owners;
• Prepare cash report on a daily basis;
• Assist in preparing and monitoring cash flow forecast and other treasury activities;
• Ensure timely month-end closing for non-trade accounts payables;
• Prepare financial analysis on budget vs actual spending;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment and some administrative duties as required. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate level;
• 3-4 years working experience, preferable in Garment or Trading area;
• Experience in SAP is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Proficient in Chinese and English computer operation;
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good team player and work independently;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as 'Senior Accounts Clerk'.
