Our client, a Chinese based SFC-licensed Securities Brokerage Firm (Holding of Type 1 and 4) is now urgently looking for a high calibre candidate to join their company to support their rapid business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:-

• Manage a small team of staff to handle daily accounting operations and full set of books.
• Review financial and management reports, tax planning & computation.
• Budget planning for all business sectors.
• Design and develop finance policies and procedures.
• Manage daily, monthly FRR reports and regulatory reports.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for finance system development and implementation.
• Review and monitor of daily cash flow position.
• Handle ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:-

• Degree of above and a qualified accountant (CPA).
• 8 years+ working experience with at least 3 years relevant working experience in management level in brokerage firm which carry full SFC licenses.
• Good knowledge of HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures, Global Market.
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST).
