Job Description
Responsibilities
- Bi-monthly Invoice raising
- Issue Debit & Credit notes
- Data updating in system
- Responding to invoice queries
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- F. 5 / DSE graduate, tertiary education with major in Accounting discipline will be preferred
- Experience on handling accounts receivable
- Experience in Express Industry is a definite asset
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, K3 accounting software preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
