Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of full set of books of the operating entities in compliance with group policies
• Responsible for daily accounting operations and matrix reporting lines to operations and functional leader
• Assist in maintaining and developing accounting systems, procedures and internal controls
• Assist in financial planning and control; cashflow forecast, report consolidation, drive improvements in financial management and financial reporting
• Liaise with other offices Finance team members and external auditors
• Provide financial advice for certain business operations and performances
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Immediately available will be add advantage
• Ability to work independently and meticulous
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines as well as being professional / Student Member of ISCA or equivalent
• 3 + years’ relevant experience gained in a multinational setting and experience in accounting systems implementation will be highly preferred
• Knowledge of Sun / ERP  system or similar accounting software
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant.
