As department head, the incumbent should be a hands-on person leading a small team and responsible for:

Responsibilities

• All accounting matters of the Company
• Full set of books, financial & management reporting & analysis
• Managing day to day smooth accounting operation
• Daily cashflow and treasury matters
• Streamline accounting workflow and strengthen internal control
• Liaising with external parties such as auditor, bankers and vendors etc.
• Company secretarial matters such as annual return
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification & Requirement

• Degree holder in accounting or Qualified accountant
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level
• Proficiency in MS Office, MYOB experience is an advantage
• Experience in beauty / retail industry is a must
• Responsible, detailed minded, good problem solving and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
