Responsibilities: 

• To manage overall company accounting function and control policies;
• Prepare management report, tax planning, budget, year-end audit and financial analysis
• To strengthen the internal control and to monitor the accounting functions of HK and PRC business in ordinary track
• To update accounting policy in both HK and PRC under statutory and disclosure requirements
• To handle ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Qualified Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA / ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years accounting experience at managerial level
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and audit standards, taxation, banking, legal and government regulations
• Experience in listing company is highly preferred
• Mature, independent and initiative
• Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient PC knowledge and “Flex System” is an advantage
• Willing to travel to China occasionally

(Candidates with less experience would be considered as a Deputy Financial Controller)
