Duties:

Prepare full set of I/E documents

Handle customs declaration, booking and Bill of Lading

Responsible for tracking order status and logistic coordination

To prepare and submit L/C

Handle ad-hoc matters such as, accounting data entry

Requirements:

F. 5 graduate or above

2 years shipping experience

Familiar with Italy market & Italy retailers is a definite plus

Knowledge of I/E documentation, procedures & bank documents

MS Words, Excel, Outlook

Immediate available is preferable
