Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated accounts for group management reporting purpose
• Prepare full set of consolidated accounts for the group’s interim and annual results
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers
• Handle financial analysis for group’s companies, including subsidiaries and associated companies of various industries with different risk exposures
• Review and monitor the management accounts of individual subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with the group's financial reporting policies and local regulations and guidelines
• Assist in preparing group budget and rolling forecast
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent or member of professional bodies
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with audit and consolidation background
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong accounting and tax systems

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Independent with strong problem-solving skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS office, SAP and Hyperion accounting system
