Our client is one of the global 500 companies, it has been famous because of its company culture, working environment and career promotion opportunities. As its business develops, it is attracting one construction manager to support its retail projects in Hong Kong.

Job Title: Project Manager

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Monitor and liaise with external contractors, vendors, consultants, and provide professional advice on alterations and renovations of existing facilities, and construction of new builds
• Manage the overall budget for Store Development Projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations to identify possible project strategies and solutions
• Manage and supervise contractors and suppliers during all stages of a project to ensure that quality and safety standards are met
• Monitor the on-site construction
• Take the ownership to identify the defects and issue weekly reports
• Handle the purchase orders, payments etc
• Hand over the project to the operation team

• Minimum 8 years of construction management, retail store development and/or relevant projects
• Bachelor Degree in Architectural, Surveying or Engineering
• F&B background prefered
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong contractor management skills
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
