Job Description
We are looking for a part time book keeper to input invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
The successful applicant will have a background in book keeping.
Initilally we need someone on a short term contract to clear the backlog.
Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Customer Invoicing and Receipts
- Supplier Payments and Expenses
- Reconciliation of Key Accounts
Bookkeeper Qualifications/Attributes
Essential
- Self-directed, highly motivated, reliable
- At least 3 years experience using Peachtree accounting software
Desirable
- Formal qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
