Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Support the Group in formulating the company's future direction, supporting tactical initiatives (including but not limited to IPO and project financing) and budgeting processes.
• Proactively and closely monitor the financials of the Group subsidiaries & related companies and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Develop financial and tax strategies for cross-border business.
• Drive implementation of external debt & equity financing requests and communications with major commercial banks, custodian banks and investment banks.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiaries, JVs or associated companies domiciled in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Vietnam (and potentially other overseas jurisdictions in the future).
• Maintain and grow banking relationships and represent the Group with investment bankers & investors.

Requirements:-

• The incumbent should preferably be a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager / Project Financing Specialist / Syndication Manager with 10+ years of banking experience with hands-on experience for companies with cross-border business operations both in Mainland China, HK and ASEAN.
• Possess strong leadership skills with ability to independently manage multiple business stakeholders, and satisfy regular financial reporting requirements from the Board.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in the business environment of the ASEAN would be an advantage.
• Preference would be given to candidates with experience in partnering with Senior Executive Management members of listed companies / multi-national corporations in Vietnam & ASEAN.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
