The Job:

  • Engage in the face-to-face appointments with customers and provide end-to-end sales support including customer needs identification, solution recommendation, application fulfilment and post-sales follow-up in compliance with the relevant guidance notes and regulations
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the market and products to develop training materials for the team
  • Provide quality after-sales customer services to maintain good customer relationships for repeated and referral business
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines with at least 1-3 years of insurance and banking sales experience
  • Qualified with IIQE papers 1,3 & 5
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Ability to work independently and  under pressure
  • Strong desire to create a positive experience for every customer
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
