Responsibilities:

• Handle month end closing and annual budgeting
• Prepare monthly analytical financial statements and reports for a division
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and aging analysis
• Handle annual SOX assessment and form committee to work with other divisions
• Support on process re-engineering system enhancement on Accounting related system
• Support on ad hoc project if necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, professional qualification (ACCA/HKICPA) is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, retail/manufacturing/audit exposure preferable
• Good understanding of system flow
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with different accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
• Well organized, mature, self-motivated, detailed-minded, strong analytical skills, independent as well as a good team player
• Immediate available / short notice will be an advantage
