Our company is expanding as we are opening new brands in Singapore, France as well as Geneva. We’re now looking for a Finance and Accounting Associate to join our admin team to oversee the accounting and finance of the firms.

We are looking for fresh graduates with economics/finance/accounting background. We need your talent, expertise and your new ideas!

Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor cash flow, payables and receivables.
Handle bank reconciliations
Financial data entries and analysis
Help to prepare monthly Management Accounts.
Help to prepare quarterly financial statements and balance sheets.
Along with the growth of the company, implement process and suggest solutions for improvement.
Ensure accurate and up to date financial data.

Others

Provide business administrative support
Perform other as adhoc projects and assignments as assigned (Legal, Tax and Business)

Your profile

Experiences: Fresh Graduate

Education: Bachelor's degree. (End-of internship may be considered)

Compulsory : Fluent in Cantonese & English (Mandarin is preferred)

Salary

$13-16K depends on the education background and experiences. (13 months salary + Bonus)
