Reporting to the Vice President of Human Capital Development, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Be responsible  for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, C&B Administration and Employee Relations
• Review and provide in-house legal advices on legal documents such as commercial contracts, distribution agreements and company secretarial documents etc.
• Participate in HR and legal projects
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Degree holder, preferably in legal discipline or with legal related certificate
• Have at least 3 years working experience, preferably from retail in-house environment
• Be able to multitask effectively and independently
• Be mature with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be with good command of both English and Mandarin
• Have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
