Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms, etc.
- Responsible for receptionist duties, including answering enquiries, taking messages, greeting .
- Monitor the proper usage of meeting rooms .
- Assist in handling incoming / outgoing correspondences and other administration duties as assigned.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities willingly as reasonably instructed by the Head of Department / Administrative Officer.
- Responsible for replying emails, assisting in handling customer inquiries, solving problems, etc.
- Ensure good usage and maintenance of database.
- Responsible for online services and instant online customer consultation (eg WeChat, QQ, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, with 2-3 years relevant experience preferred.
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin & Cantonese;preficient in Mandarin is an advantage
- Attentive to details, responsible and organized.
- Good typing skills (both Chinese and English) & PC skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office & Excel.
