Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms, etc.
  • Responsible for receptionist duties, including answering enquiries, taking messages, greeting .
  • Monitor the proper usage of meeting rooms .
  • Assist in handling incoming / outgoing correspondences and other administration duties as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities willingly as reasonably instructed by the Head of Department / Administrative Officer.
  • Responsible for replying emails, assisting in handling customer inquiries, solving problems, etc.
  • Ensure good usage and maintenance of database.
  • Responsible for online services and instant online customer consultation (eg WeChat, QQ, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with 2-3 years relevant experience preferred. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin & Cantonese;preficient in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Attentive to details, responsible and organized.
  • Good typing skills (both Chinese and English) & PC skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office & Excel.
