Our client is an established technology company, currently seeking high caliber to join their Group HR team.  Suitable for an in-house recruiter who would like to move into a HRBP role.

The Job

• Report to Head of HR
• 70% talent acquisition for HK, Singapore & Malaysia
• Act as business partner to provide HR consultancy and services to line managers from manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, retention to succession planning
• Take care of product (pre-sales), marketing and corporate function business unit portfolio
• Supervise/coach 2 junior HR administrators for operations like on-boarding, resume database, etc.

 The Person

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience gained in sizable organization
• Strong in recruitment
• Love to uptake corporate HR projects
• Customer oriented and result focus with strong influencing skills
• Organized and able to work in dynamic environment and communicate with different levels of staff
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
