Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle General reception duties including incoming calls and enquiries, greeting clients and data entry.
  • Supporting daily operation and maintaining on-time performance
  • Perform administration duties such as stationery ordering, pantry and office sundry supplies etc.
  • Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Arranging maintenance works for office facilities & equipment
  • Monitor emergency doors are properly closed before leaving the office at the end of the day.
  • Provide full administrative & clerical support
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant and admin experience
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • excellent interpersonal skill and good telephone manner;
  • presentable, polite, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
