Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquirers & complaints;
To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
To handle other daily departmental operation issues
provide accurate information about the facilities, classes and availability

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry, fresh graduate will also be consider
Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Able to work on shift
Immediate available is highly preferred

Salary details: 14k or above
