The role of a recruitment Consultant
The role of a recruitment consultant is a challenging one and requires an individual to enjoy a career in business development and sales. You are required to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from the initial interview to the offering of the contract to the successful candidate. This is a dynamic and people-oriented role where you have to establish and maintain good client relationships. In the long run, you will develop specialist knowledge of the industry and be the go-to person whenever your client requires hiring support.

Newcomers are mentored and guided along for the recruitment projects. We welcome applicants (fresh graduates included) who want to build a career where age and experience are not limiting factors.
