Requirement:

• Degree holder with formal secretarial training preferred
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
• Literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, well-organized, flexible and able to work independently
• Candidates with previous secretarial and administrative experience are favored

Job Duty:

• To provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Top Management
• To prepare reports, presentation material, English/ Chinese documents
• To handle correspondence and ad hoc assignments independently and professionally
• To assist in corporate activities and other tasks as required by Management etc.
• Follow up relevant issues after attending business and social events
