• Handle HR functions including recruitment, interview arrangement, update the record of employee and prepare employment contract, HR reports etc
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR matters
• Manage the stationery and retail store supplies procurement
• Office administration and various contract renewal
• Handle administrative and other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years working experience in related field
• Good PC operation skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of HK employment ordinances preferred
• Proactive, adaptive, keen to learn, punctual with great sense of responsibility
• Well organized and accuracy is essential
• Immediately available candidates preferred
