Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing all-round Human Resources duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relation, performance management and other related HR services
- Process and update employee vacations, attendance and personnel records, assist with compensation calculations, MPF and employee compensation
- Assist to monitor recruitment budget by arranging various recruitment events such as Job Fair
- Explore other effective recruitment channels
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder / Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 2-4 years experience in HR field
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel
- Good team player with good communication and organizational skills;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
