Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to management team
  • Assist in documentation, filing and organisation 
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls and travel 
  • General clerical duties
  • General daily office administration and maintenance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative/secretarial experience in professional services/finance industry
  • Formal secretary training will be well-regarded
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High professional standards and integrity
  • Diligent, detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Responsible and good team attitude
