Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to management team
- Assist in documentation, filing and organisation
- Arrange meetings, conference calls and travel
- General clerical duties
- General daily office administration and maintenance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years administrative/secretarial experience in professional services/finance industry
- Formal secretary training will be well-regarded
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High professional standards and integrity
- Diligent, detail-oriented and well-organised
- Responsible and good team attitude
