Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and courier services;
  • Manage front desk area neat and tidy in a corporate manner;
  • Handle conference and meeting rooms bookings, mailing service and filing;
  • Replenish and place order for all office supplies such as stationery, bottled water & drinks. As well as checking stock levels;
  • Support office members and provide general clerical duties for ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 3 years relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in administrative and/or receptionist work
  • Cheerful, polite and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind & self-motivated
  • Excellent telephone manner with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
